When I donate online, do the funds go directly to my charity of choice? 

No, your donation is to IOGF, who will then aim to disburse your donation to the nonprofit of your choice. 

Is my donation guaranteed to arrive at my chosen nonprofit? 

While we do our best to follow donor advice, we cannot guarantee your donation will be sent to the organization of your choice. We are not always able to deliver the funds to the organization you recommend for various reasons. For example, the nonprofit no longer exists, is no longer in good standing with the local regulatory bodies, cannot be contacted or refuses the donation. In these rare circumstances, IOGF will select a similar nonprofit to the one you have recommended and reassign the funds. 

How can I/my company support Causes through IOGF?

IOGF works with Benevity to support Causes through Benevity's donation platform. Please visit Benevity’s website for more information on its corporate-purpose software.

Why did we receive funds from IOGF?

You may be visiting this site because your organization received a payment from IOGF. This was made possible by employees or customers of companies recommending support for your organization using the Benevity online platform. The funds were then disbursed to you by IOGF and may represent one or more individual donations as well as matching funds and corporate grants from one or more companies.

How can we access donor information and reports? 

Once your profile has been completed and approved in the Benevity Causes Portal, you can access donor comments and monthly breakdowns for disbursements. You can complete your profile here.

I represent a Cause. How can my Cause receive funding through IOGF?

IOGF works with Benevity to support Causes through Benevity's donation platform. Please visit the Benevity Causes Portal to register.
